The 2win650

Designed by Schickler/Tagliapietra  (www.styacht.com), the 2win650 benefits from those designers latest know-how accumulated in recent Americas cup, Volvo ocean race and open class racing campaigns.  This boat is the first German built Series Mini from the well-known 2win yard.

The 2win650, a third generation Mini, has a modern hull shape with chines to achieve excellent stability and tracking characteristics.  Deck layout and ergonomics of the cockpit are designed to minimise crew fatigue.  Rigging with full width “boomerang” spreaders assure safety in the mast set-up and allows for efficient use of “code 0” sails.

Optional interior features are available on the cruising version.  Series minis like the 2win650 while designed for SH & DH ocean racing are also available as fast and safe cruising boats.  It is entirely feasible to enjoy the adrenaline rush of a 2win650 when daysailing, weekending, and minimalist camping style cruising.  Despite its enormous power, the 2win650 is easy to control and safe. Characteristics all cruising sailors like to see in their boats.
